Additionally, there are three couches that fold out into futons. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, and an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of six or more guests, with a charge of $39 per person over six guests. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7.
