Smoking is prohibited in the unit as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged $500.
