Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Saturday. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. You will be conveniently located steps from the vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment of Magazine St, as well as famous cafes, bistros, and music clubs on Bourbon Street. You will be literally minutes away from the French Quarter. Located in the NOLA Central Business District, on the corner of Common St. & Magazine St, this apartment is surrounded by jazz clubs, cafes, art galleries, theaters, malls, parks, and iconic New Orleans eateries. It also has convenient access to Mardi Gras parade routes and year-round festivals. Caesar’s Superdome & Smoothie King Center are a 7-minute drive away, and Caesar’s Casino & The Fillmore are a 3-minute walk away. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent; violators will be charged a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed; violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am; violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction; violators will be charged a $500 fine. Local resident restrictions apply; guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the partner before booking.
