The backyard gate leads directly to the official Rowlett Nature Hiking Trail. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 3 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway. Situated in a highly sought-after neighborhood in Rowlett, this vacation home is in a growing upscale community, located just an 8-minute walk from Lake Ray Hubbard. The backyard gate leads directly to the official Rowlett Nature Hiking Trail, perfect for walking and jogging. You're also a short drive from shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. The home is 40 minutes from DFW Airport and just 25 minutes to downtown Dallas. Nearby attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 8 minutes away, and the Waterview Golf Club is just 15 minutes away. Firewheel Town Center is just 12 minutes away in neighboring Garland. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The spa heating element is currently inoperable. Room 5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer.
