Guests will have access to the pool and hot tub. Free street parking is available with a pass, and a $500 fee will be charged if the parking permit is lost or stolen. Overlooking a stunning tropical pool with waterfalls and palm trees, this retreat is ideally situated for enjoying the beach, strolling the Seawall, or experiencing the attractions of Pleasure Pier. It's located within walking distance of the Galveston Seawall and is approximately 1 mile from The Bryan Museum, 1.5 miles from Gaido's Seafood Restaurant and The Strand Historic District, and 6 miles from Moody Gardens. The door to the hall will remain locked during your stay, and you will have an outside entrance from the deck. All guests must be 25 years old or older or be accompanied by their parent. Absolutely no additional guests, pets, or visitors are permitted. Any violation of house rules, including no smoking, no parties, or exceeding the number of guests the unit sleeps, will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. Pool access requires a signed waiver and adherence to specific rules, including no running, jumping, diving, or glass in the pool or jacuzzi area. Pool schedules and hours may vary and the pool area may be reserved for private events. No pets of any kind are permitted in the swimming pool and/or hot tub at any time. The guest is responsible for the general maintenance and security of the swimming pool/hot tub area, including keeping gates locked and ensuring no one under 18 is left unattended. The guest is responsible for the full cost of any repairs or replacements to the swimming pool/hot tub due to negligence.
