The building is conveniently located near hospitals and transit, with a Tri-Met MAX station just a 3-minute walk away. This building is a condo unit building with friendly residents. The courtyard is shared and smoking is not allowed. Guests must bring their keys to access the courtyard as it automatically locks. Due to the building's historic designation, a smart lock with a keypad or lockbox is not permitted. Guests will use a call box to be buzzed in and will need to download and use an app to access the unit for initial check-in. A physical key and fob will be provided after check-in. Guests are asked to arrange arrival between 3pm and 8pm for initial check-in. Trash and recycling are located on the ground floor. Lockout assistance is available during business hours (9am to 7pm). Guests are financially responsible for lodging if locked out outside of business hours due to lost or left keys. No smoking or vaping indoors; outside only. Early check-in or late check-out requests cannot be accommodated. Guests who do not clean up after their pet will incur a $50 poop cleanup fee. All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation and require written permission. Children under 13 are not to be left unattended. A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the home at any time.
