The fully outfitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy abundant natural light and air conditioning for summer comfort. Enjoy the convenience of free on-site laundry located on the first floor and your own reserved parking space. The building offers a secure entrance and elevator access. Experience classic Portland charm in this walkable neighborhood, just steps away from cafes and shops on NW 23rd Avenue, parks, and Trader Joe's. It's a 2-minute walk to Ken's Bakery, a 4-minute walk to Trader Joe's and pet-friendly Couch Park, and close to hospitals and transit, including a 3-minute walk to the Tri-Met MAX station and an 11-minute walk to Legacy Good Samaritan. As this is a lively urban neighborhood, some city sounds may be audible, which many guests find adds to the charm. White noise machines are provided for added comfort. You may also hear other residents moving through the halls. Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors, with a minimum charge of $500 for any instance of smoking inside the unit. Early check-in or late check-out requests cannot be accommodated. All pets must be approved and listed on the reservation, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets. Guests who do not clean up after their pet will incur a $50 poop cleanup fee. Overnight guests must be listed on the booking and require written permission. Children under 13 are not to be left unattended. A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the home at any time. For stays of 30+ days, initial paper products and cleaning supplies are provided, but guests are responsible for restocking once they run out.
