Cape Crossing is a waterfront “Old-Florida Keys” style resort located on Merritt Island, Florida, where vacationers and corporate travelers are able to enjoy a fun-filled Florida adventure with all the comforts of home. Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community. Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times. Be respectful of neighbors; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No illegal activity or unauthorized commercial use of the property. No sub-leasing; do not exceed the maximum occupancy without written approval. The stay is limited to the confirmed reservation dates only. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM; early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur fees. The primary renter must be 18+ and provide a valid government photo ID matching the payment method. Unauthorized events, parties, or disruptive noise may result in immediate removal without refund. Park only in designated areas; extra vehicles require prior approval. Events or gatherings exceeding the approved guest count require written consent. Guests must keep the property clean and pest-free and report any pest issues immediately. Guests must cooperate with pest control efforts if needed. Use of amenities (grills, bikes, beach gear, kayaks, pools, hot tubs, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.
