Feel at home in this charming, newly renovated and fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. Located on the third floor (two flights of stairs), this apartment has all the necessary amenities for a great stay in New York. This comfortable and large apartment features a living room, dining room, two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has ample closet space. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second has two single beds that can be moved together and used as a full bed. The living room has a couch. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator, stove top, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils and cutlery you might need. Bed linen, towels, an iron, and a hair dryer are provided. Parking is available on the street and is free, but please note there is alternate side parking most days. Different days for different streets around the neighborhood, so please make sure to read all signs to avoid a ticket. El Bario is a daily mix of cultural, historical, and artistic fusion, with newcomers from all walks of life shaping the local food, culture, and commerce scene. This neighborhood’s vibrant roots are depicted through its large-scale murals, discussed in its museums, and revered by its members. The apartment is located a short walk to the 6 train (transfer for express 4, 5 at 86th St station), Central Park, Museum of the City of New York, Guggenheim, and Metropolitan Museum - "Museum Isle". Smoking is not allowed. Luggage storage is not available. Minimum 30-night rentals only. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed.
