Free parking is available. Nestled in the picturesque Eastlake neighborhood, this townhouse is a few steps from alluring Lake Union, restaurants, and exciting attractions. The rooftop deck provides panoramic lake views, a dining table with benches, sun lounges, a lounge seating area, a parasol, and a BBQ grill. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in a $100 fine per incident. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee between $500 and $700, plus a charge for carpet cleaning dependent on the size of the home. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required.
