As a guest, you also have resort access at Windsor at Westside, including a water park-style pool, lazy river, hot tub, clubhouse, and gym. A pet fee of $150 is applied to your reservation. Situated within Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, the home is near shopping, dining, and entertainment, with Disney World and other Orlando attractions a short drive away. Major roads like US-192, US-27, and I-4 make getting around straightforward. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250.
