This home is kid-friendly, with amenities such as a Pack 'n Play and children's dinnerware available. However, it is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The Brick House is ideally located just one block from Dickson Street, two blocks from the Fayetteville Square, and 0.7 miles from the University of Arkansas campus. It is also 1.5 miles from Donald W Reynolds Stadium, allowing you to walk to football games in the fall. The Razorback Greenway is only 0.2 miles away, offering a trail system that extends from Fayetteville to Bella Vista. Guests will have access to Suites 2, 3, and 4, with the main entrance through the back door leading to Suite 2.
