The open-concept living area includes a 65” Smart TV, indoor fireplace, and plush sectional with mountain views. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, with no cats permitted. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 5 cars, with no street parking allowed. Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you’ll have easy access to all the top attractions while enjoying the privacy of a peaceful mountain retreat. Nearby attractions include SkyLand Ranch and Wild Stallion Coaster, Forbidden Caverns, Cades Cove in Smoky Mountains National Park, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood. Local favorite restaurants include Five Oaks Farm Kitchen, Pinchy’s Lobster and Raw Bar, Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant, The Appalachian, Graze Burgers, and Buffalo Breakfast Co. Renting a car is convenient for exploring the area, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a Rental Agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported prior to check-out.
