You won’t be disappointed when you step through the front door. From the fully equipped kitchen to the beautifully furnished rooms, everything here has been designed with your comfort in mind. You’ll want to spend some time enjoying the backyard swimming pool. Nestled in a prime location in Vista Valley, you’ll have easy access to local amenities and vibrant community attractions. The charming kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with stainless-steel appliances, including an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It also features cooking essentials, a center kitchen island with seating, a breakfast nook, and a formal dining area. Free parking is available to guests in the double-car garage or on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29 per night fee for each additional guest. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests are allowed over while you are renting our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. Please do not leave it unattended. A laptop computer is not included.
