Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. Located in a great central location in downtown Pittsburgh, the apartment is just 1.5 blocks from the Convention Center and walkable to all major sporting venues. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
