This left side of a duplex provides a comfortable and stylish retreat just steps from the beach. The interior has been completely renovated, featuring a spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and butcher block countertops, and is well-stocked with cookware and utensils. Relax in the living area on comfortable furnishings and enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch Smart TV. The cottage offers two outdoor living areas: a partially fenced front area and a fully fenced backyard perfect for dining or barbecuing. A private driveway is available for parking, accommodating up to 4 vehicles. Pets are welcome with prior written authorization from the host, a $100 pet fee will be applied once your pet(s) are approved for the reservation, and guests must pick up all waste and discard it in the outside trash bins. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 Pet Fee and immediately evicted from the Property without refund for the remaining days on reservation. Nestled in a delightful beachside neighborhood, this cottage is located just a quarter mile from Beach Access #1, offering a short stroll to the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It's conveniently situated behind Stewby's restaurant, providing easy access to local seafood. The neighborhood also features charming shops, boutiques, and is a short drive from grocery stores and essential amenities. Okaloosa Island offers various entertainment options, including nearby attractions and natural parks. Check-in time is typically around 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $50 fine will be charged if guests are not checked out by the specified time. A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour of stay if approved by the host. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. This property is strictly non-smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vapes, and any other smoking products, both inside the unit and near open windows or doors. A $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if the unit smells like smoke. Linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay. Guests are asked to avoid using linens for items that may cause stains or discoloration, such as makeup, hair dye, or tanning products. Stained or damaged linens beyond normal use will incur a replacement or cleaning fee. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Maximum occupants are noted in the booking unless approved in writing by the host/manager; exceeding occupancy will result in eviction without refund and a charge of $20 per person/per day for visitors not identified in the reservation. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests agree to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property and its furnishings. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, Guest agrees to be charged for a plumber’s time. No eating of food in any bedroom is allowed. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/door hardware. Neighbors are to be respected, and noise should be kept to a minimum, especially in back or front yards. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. If cleaning up after a party or damaged areas, actual damage and cleaning hours will be assessed. This property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone. The property is equipped with a state-of-the-art contactless entry system. Once you book, you will receive detailed check-in instructions along with your access code granting you access the minute your reservation begins.
