Relax in the sitting area, featuring large windows and a wood-burning stove for extra warmth. The living room provides plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment, with a large TV above the fireplace. In the cottage, a convenient workstation is available for staying connected. Nestled in the heart of the Catskill Mountains, Mount Tremper, NY, offers a serene escape for nature enthusiasts and culture seekers alike. The neighborhood boasts stunning vistas of lush forests and rolling hills, making it a haven for outdoor adventurers year-round. Nearby towns include Phoenicia (5 mins), Woodstock (25 mins), and Hunter (25 mins). Nearby, the Esopus Creek offers opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and tubing. Should the property require cleaning beyond the standard turnover—due to excessive mess or incidents involving bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, or waste—a $500 fee may apply. Any linens or furnishings damaged beyond repair will also be subject to replacement charges. The number of guests must be accurately disclosed at the time of booking, and penalties may apply if guest counts are inaccurate or intentionally misrepresented. Check-in is at 4pm unless otherwise agreed to in writing, and check-out is by 11am unless otherwise stated in writing. The primary guest booking must be 25 years or older, and the person booking should also not have any negative reviews. Please be mindful of the septic system and do not flush anything down the toilets or drains other than toilet paper. To avoid unwanted bugs and critters, please do not leave food out or doors open.
