The cozy living room is a perfect spot to unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a TV. One parking space is included with your stay. Please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror and do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit. Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. Welcome to National Landing, one of the most exciting and convenient areas in Arlington. This vibrant neighborhood includes Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. Crystal City is a lively area full of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local parks, including the Crystal City Underground, with stores and walkways that connect you across the neighborhood. Just around the corner is Pentagon City, where you'll find the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, a top shopping mall with great stores and restaurants. Potomac Yard is a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic walking and biking trails. You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport. Getting around is quick and easy, with Reagan National Airport within walking distance and both Crystal City and Pentagon City metro stations within walking distance. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the apartment is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. A $300 fine will be applied for smoking inside or for an unauthorized party. A lost fob or access card will incur a $250 charge, and a lost parking tag will incur a $200–$300 charge based on building rates. [SI]
