The inviting living room features a comfortable sofa bed and Smart TV. The spacious bedroom includes two plush queen-size beds for a restful night’s sleep. The full bathroom is well-appointed with fresh linens and essentials. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home-cooked meals with ease using modern appliances and cookware. An in-unit washer and dryer provide hassle-free extended stays. A fitness center with modern equipment is available for daily workouts. Parking requires that you display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror and that you do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit. Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. Welcome to National Landing, one of the most exciting and convenient areas in Arlington. This vibrant neighborhood includes Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. Crystal City is a lively area full of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local parks, including the Crystal City Underground. Pentagon City, just around the corner, features the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. Potomac Yard is a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic walking and biking trails. You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside or hosting an unauthorized party will result in a $300 fine. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines, with heating fully active from October 13 – May 1 and air conditioning fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. A lost FOB or access card will incur a $250 charge, and a lost parking tag will incur a $200–$300 charge, based on building rates. [SI]
