The outdoor kitchen must be cleaned after each use, and a backup grill is available while it is out of order until September 13th. Located just 10 minutes from Tampa Outlets and Florida Hospital Center, this home offers easy access to major highways like the Veterans Expressway, I-75, and I-275. Restaurants, Walmart, Target, gas stations, grocery stores, and an ER are about 5 minutes away. Busch Gardens is about 20 minutes away, while the airport and Raymond James Stadium are about 25 to 30 minutes away. Beaches and downtown Tampa are about 30 minutes to an hour away, depending on traffic. The property is not for parties or events to avoid disturbing close neighbors. Smoking is prohibited in the pool and deck area due to the use of flammable gas for fire features, but is allowed outside at the entrance. Fire features cannot be lit if rain is in the area as they can become dangerous when wet. The owner may periodically be in town but will not interact with guests. The property manager is always available for assistance. Florida is home to many bugs, and while the property is sprayed more than recommended, no refund will be given if one enters the home. Guests are not to enter the front part of the home, and a pool waiver must be signed before access is granted. The home includes a dedicated office area with reliable, fast Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
