Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 3, and a fee of $90 per dog is required prior to your stay. Dogs without prior notice or cats will incur a fine of $400. Located right by the college campus, the apartment offers access to public transit, bike trails, and ride-share options. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions resulting in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Includes a desk space for remote work, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment. A laptop computer is not included.
