Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 for up to two hours, and you must message 24 hours beforehand to see if this request can be authorized. You are perfectly positioned in the heart of the East Valley, just minutes from Diablo Stadium for Spring Training and the vibrant energy of Arizona State University. You’re also surrounded by top-tier shopping at Arizona Mills, scenic hiking at South Mountain, and the bustling nightlife of Downtown Tempe. Nearby places include Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (4.6 miles), Tempe Diablo Stadium (2.1 miles), Arizona State University Tempe Campus (3.1 miles), and Downtown Tempe / Mill Avenue (3.8 miles). Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered.
