If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a fine of $500. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35/2 hours, and delayed checkout will incur a $500 late check-out fee.
