Nearby highlights include downtown Caldwell restaurants and shops, Indian Creek Plaza events, and shopping centers. The location also provides quick access to Nampa, Meridian, and Boise. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund.
