A hammock by the pool adds to the relaxation options available. Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $150 fee. The carport and driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Pool heating is provided complimentary during your stay should colder temperatures necessitate it. Located near Rybovich Super Yacht Marina, Rosemary Square in downtown West Palm Beach, the white sandy beaches of Palm Beach and Singer Island, The Breakers, City Place, Clematis on the waterway, and the Kravis Center in the eclectic downtown Northwood, this beautiful escape offers easy access to a variety of attractions. Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspaces, making it ideal for remote work.
