No parties or events are allowed, and exceeding the maximum number of guests will incur a $150/night fee. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $400 fee for violations. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval will incur an extra charge of $100. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 and older, and guests should remain reachable through the platform during their stay.
