The living room offers a sofa bed and chair, and a 55-inch 4K HDR Smart TV. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, office desk, and chair, and reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, and toilet. Parking is available on the premises. Instructions will be provided at check-in. For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $20 per pet per night for 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8-29 nights, and $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more. There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $35 for up to two hours, with 24 hours' notice. This apartment is ideally situated adjacent to Cleveland Clinic's main campus, minutes from Case Western Reserve University, and near University Hospitals. Explore University Circle, Little Italy, Coventry, and Downtown Cleveland, with easy access to award-winning restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, museums, and attractions. It's a safe, walkable neighborhood, perfect for exploring. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am every day. Any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy; parties or events/gatherings are not allowed. Cameras above the door and noise detectors are in the house, and if a party of any kind occurs, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. A fine of $500 will be imposed if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Late checkout will incur a $500 fee. Noise monitors are installed in the units to measure noise levels in decibels; tampering with them will result in a fee. Security cameras are present in the hallways for security.
