While this location is within walking distance to downtown Mount Clemens, it is much easier to travel with a vehicle. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there is free parking available in the parking lot. This location is only a few minutes away from the i94 expressway and a 12-minute drive to the i696 expressway, making it centrally located in Macomb County. Smoking is only allowed outside, and there is a $1000 fine for smoking inside the unit. Non-approved pets will be subject to a $1000 fine. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, and a $250 fine will be charged for noise complaints. A $250 fee will be charged if you check out after 11:15 AM. Please do not move furniture, as a $250 fine will apply if furniture is moved from its original position. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors or rugs.
