Free street parking is available for guests who arrive by car. If you would like to avoid driving during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to the home, including car rental, bus, light rail, taxis, Uber, and Lyft. The house is a part of the charming and eclectic neighborhood of North Beacon Hill, nestled just south of downtown Seattle, offering a unique blend of cultural diversity, rich history, and modern urban appeal. North Beacon Hill is a cultural mosaic, reflecting the diverse backgrounds of its residents. This diversity is evident in restaurants, cafes, and shops lining the streets. Indulge in a global culinary journey with eateries offering everything from traditional Vietnamese pho and Filipino delicacies to Mexican tacos and classic American diner fare. One of the neighborhood's highlights is Jefferson Park, one of Seattle's largest and most beloved green spaces. The park features sprawling lawns, sports fields, a golf course, and a community center. It's an excellent spot for picnics, leisurely walks, and outdoor activities. The park’s elevated location offers stunning panoramic views of downtown Seattle, the Olympic Mountains, and Mount Rainier, providing a picturesque backdrop for photos and relaxation. North Beacon Hill’s location makes it an ideal base for exploring Seattle. The Beacon Hill light rail station provides quick and easy access to downtown Seattle and other key areas, making it convenient for tourists. The neighborhood’s proximity to the city center means you’re never far from Seattle’s major attractions, yet you can retreat to the quieter, more relaxed atmosphere of North Beacon Hill at the end of the day. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500 and $700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property, including any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. Pets are not permitted to be left alone at any time in the rental. The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. Ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. The right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests is reserved, and the stay may be terminated at discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, board games, and books, providing a comfortable environment for both relaxation and remote work.
