The living room also includes a ROKU Smart TV with an antenna for local channels and streaming capabilities for your favorite apps. Reserved parking is available for one car right by the staircase to the door. A pet fee of $50 is charged for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. Pets are expected to be kept off the furniture and in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when left alone. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request. The Zilker Neighborhood is one of Austin's favorites, known for its huge trees, quiet streets, charming architecture, and proximity to Austin's vibrant attractions. Contactless check-in is available with a keyless deadbolt. A cleaning fee of $105 applies for shorter stays and $150 for stays of 30+ days. The City of Austin enforces a 10:30 PM noise curfew, and a second complaint may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside using the provided ashtray.
