This terrific 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath home offers open porches and decks. This home is equipped with central heat and air, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a TV with cable, and a fully equipped kitchen. Linen service is included with sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, dishtowels and bathmats. Your beds will be made and towels set out in the bedrooms. Crib sheets and beach towels are not supplied. Guests towing a boat in DeBordieu Colony must obtain a temporary boat decal and pay the appropriate seasonal fees: Summer is $200 per week, $100 for 72 hours, $50 for 24 hours and fall - spring $100 per week. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee, subject to location and availability. Located in conveniently located Ocean Park, this home is within walking distance to the beach. Minimum age to rent this property is 25. No pets are allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if a pet is discovered on the property. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. If the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM and the housekeeping staff has arrived, a $100 holdover fee will be charged to the guest. This is a non-smoking home, and a $500 fee will be charged for violations of this policy. Motorcycles, moped motorized bikes, ATVs, go-carts, motorized scooters, jet skis and similar motorized vehicles are prohibited. Campers, trailers, or any other live-in moving vehicle are also prohibited. Motor vehicles are not allowed on the beaches of any of our local communities. For DeBordieu Colony, golf carts must be battery/electric powered. Operators must be at least 16 years of age, have a valid driver's license and obey all S.C. traffic regulations.
