The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking, featuring a gas stove/oven, fridge, and portable dishwasher. All cookware is provided, with specialty cookware available upon request. Both queen bedrooms offer ceiling fans, overhead lighting, luggage stands, and closets with hanging dressers and hangers. One bedroom includes a Smart TV set-up, and each room is fitted with blackout curtains. The house is fully stocked with bedding, towels, and basic cleaning supplies, and offers central air for your comfort. We offer a variety of a la carte options to enhance your stay, including private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, and car charging stations. Guests have a dedicated parking spot at the back of the house, and street parking is free during the day. Overnight parking is allowed with a call to Cleveland Heights City Hall. Pets are welcome, with the number of pets negotiable. The cleaning fee is negotiable and based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. You are within walking distance to the popular Lee Road neighborhood, home to a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and ethnic eateries. The home is minutes away from Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Severance Hall, and other Cleveland attractions, providing easy access to the city's best offerings. Guests must be comfortable using stairs, as the washer and dryer are located in the basement and shared with second-floor guests. Access is available through the front and side doors. For stays between 30-59 days, there is a $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you exceed this cap by more than $25, reimbursement is required. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and security system. No parties are allowed. The house is located in a wooded area, so it's common to see wildlife such as deer and squirrels. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, please alert us immediately. Lawn maintenance is provided during spring, summer, and fall. Snow removal is not provided unless more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use.
