Adeline is centrally located in the heart of entertainment, within walking distance to Fry’s Food and Drug, the Mortgage Matchup Center, Chase Field, the Phoenix Symphony, and Heritage Square. With sophisticated dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences just blocks away, Adeline offers a convenient, big-city lifestyle in the center of diverse culture and modern comfort. This apartment is right next to the Valley Metro light rail system, making it easy to explore the rest of the Valley. Adeline offers excellent walkability with shops, dining, and entertainment just steps away. Fry’s Food & Drug, Chase Field, and the Phoenix Symphony are all within a short walk. The property is next to the Valley Metro Light Rail, providing easy access throughout Phoenix and the surrounding Valley. Taxis, rideshares, and scooter rentals are also readily available in the area. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
