This modern retreat offers all the comforts of a contemporary home. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the secondary bedroom has a full bed. The living room includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa for additional sleeping. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with both a Keurig pod coffee machine and a regular coffee maker, along with all necessary dinnerware and cookware. The home also includes a smart TV with Netflix and an on-site washer and dryer. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens. Nestled in the private community of Paradise Estates, this home is approximately 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. The area is a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and rental properties. While there is no public transit nearby, the cabin is accessible by car year-round, with four-wheel drive recommended in winter. Tire chains are available for rent at local stores during the winter months. This home enforces quiet hours between 10pm and 8am and prohibits parties, events, smoking, and vaping anywhere on the property. A $500 fine applies per violation. The use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during burn bans. A Ring Camera is installed at the front door for security.
