There is no free parking available. However, there is a parking ramp one block behind the apartment for paid parking at $20. Street metered parking is available during the day but not overnight. Appleton is one of the few Midwest downtowns that continue to thrive and grow. With great restaurants, awesome wine shops, a close public library, an amazing performing arts center, and the best farmers market north of Madison, this is where you want to be. Not to mention an awesome nightlife downtown scene! Uber and Lyft are abundant and ready to take you wherever you want to go, and there is also a city bus station a few blocks away. The downtown area is very safe, and you can easily walk anywhere at any time of day or night. There are about 20+ stairs up to this 2nd-floor unit, so be prepared for a bit of a climb. The apartment offers flexible self check-in and check-out with a keypad, allowing you to come and go uninterrupted. However, should any questions arise, assistance is just a phone call or text message away. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in the home, and violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. No parties are allowed. Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home.
