For transportation needs, OATS Transit provides general public transportation services in the area with a fare of $2.50 each way for demand-response services. Reservations for demand-response services must be made at least a day in advance by calling the OATS Transit Office at . Conveniently located near downtown Buckner's shops and dining, this cottage is just a short drive from Kansas City. Buckner offers a small-town atmosphere with essential services like grocery stores and parks, known for its friendly residents and a slower pace of life. The neighborhood is accessible via local roads with major highways nearby facilitating travel to surrounding areas. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Late check-out may be available for a $25 fee per extended hour, subject to host approval. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels, and to avoid using them with makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
