This lakeside retreat offers a variety of outdoor activities year-round, perfect for all types of getaways. These suite-style rooms offer a harmonious blend of rustic charm, comfort, and convenience. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Roku, controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs/stools, a microwave, a mini-fridge and freezer, and a 4-cup coffee maker. Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, and outdoor furniture. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle per room, right in front of the building, and a public parking lot is conveniently situated across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Kayaks are available for rent from Memorial Day to November 1st, with rental fees and a waiver required. A pack-n-play or stair gate can be provided upon request. Firewood is not provided. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month for potty-trained dogs, preferably under 50 lbs, with breed restrictions and leash requirements in common areas. Fife Lake Lodge is surrounded by scenic beauty, offering a peaceful and charming neighborhood. With Fife Lake as its centerpiece, the area provides opportunities for water activities and outdoor adventures, embraced by lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque hiking trails. Local shops and restaurants are within reach. The town is small and easily walkable, and exploring the surrounding areas like Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain, all within a 30-minute to an hour's drive, is convenient by car. Torch Lake, celebrated for its captivating turquoise waters, is just a 45-minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. There is a $1000 fine for parties and smoking in the motel room. Guests are responsible for reporting and repairing or replacing any damage caused. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. Fishing is not permitted on the docks; a small public access spot down by the beach and a dock near the public beach are available for fishing use.
