This charming studio cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, bowls, silverware, and glassware. It also includes a bar-height dining table for two, a comfortable queen bed, a dresser and closet for clothes storage, a pack n play, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Relax in the outdoor sitting area with Adirondack chairs. One off-street parking space is available. This is a pet-friendly property for one dog under 50 lbs, and a $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be applied. Located less than a 15-minute walk to downtown and a 10-minute drive to Vilano Beach, this cottage is just a few minutes' walk to many local favorites including Sunday Gathering Table, Raintree, and Juniper. The trolley stop is down the street at the Mission Nombre de Dios. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. The suite is located right in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, and antique stores, as well as local eateries. The downtown Historic District is a 15-minute walk away. Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum, and monument. Courtyard Cottage is in short walking distance to all things downtown so you can park your car and leave the keys at home! Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. No parties are allowed. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever inside or outside the property, including the outdoor patio. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. If a late check-out or early check-in can be accommodated, $15 per hour will automatically be added to your reservation. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). [SI]
