A new pier is currently under construction near the property, expected to continue through 2026, which may cause occasional noise or limited access to certain areas. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The city is working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited, with a penalty of $200 for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may lead to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Late check-out will incur a penalty starting from $500. The upgraded internet is perfect for remote work from the beach, offering speeds of 200mbs/20mbs per unit.
