A free parking space is available at the property for a maximum of 1 car. Additional towels are available for $35 and must be requested before 5:00 PM. Upgraded internet is available. A short walk will take you to the famous boardwalk on the ocean. This condo is in a great location with a short walk to Starbucks, McDonald's, and River City Restaurant. It's also a short walk or ride to Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the approval before booking. The city is currently working on the ocean pipes, which may result in noise at certain times. All pools will be closed from December 12, 2025 to January 1st, 2026. [SI]
