This apartment features stunning ocean views from your private balcony and a spacious living room with sliding doors leading to the balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials. Enjoy access to the outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, lazy river, whirlpool, and air conditioning. Internet/Wi-Fi is available. A free parking space is available at the property for a maximum of 1 car. Additional towels are available for $35 and must be requested before 5:00 PM. Upgraded internet is available, perfect for working from the beach! (200 Mbps / 20 Mbps per unit). This apartment is close to a vast array of attractions, restaurants, and shops, including Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center. You can enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets right from your balcony. A short walk takes you to the famous boardwalk, Starbucks, McDonald's, and River City Restaurant. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The city is currently working on the ocean pipes, which may result in noise at certain times. Construction is scheduled to begin nearby soon and guests may experience intermittent noise during the day, including several days of metal work, followed by ongoing construction activity and concrete truck noise starting in March. Pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
