The condo is beachfront and near local attractions such as the Childrens Museum of South Carolina, Myrtle Square Mall Shopping Center, Broadway at the Beach, Skywheel Myrtle Beach, West Course at Myrtle Beach National, and Chapin Memorial Park. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The pool working hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. Construction is scheduled to begin nearby soon, and guests may experience intermittent noise during the day, including several days of metal work, followed by ongoing construction activity and concrete truck noise starting in March. A covered beach access walkway will be provided on the south end during this time. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
