There are a few spaces in front of the building, and the parking garage is across from the building. Extra housekeeping is available for $95 a day, with 48-hour notice. Upgraded internet is available. The apartment is a short walk to the famous boardwalk on the ocean and is conveniently located near Starbucks, McDonald's, and River City Restaurant. It's also a short walk or ride to Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Dragon's Lair at Broadway at the Beach, Jurassic Golf, Jungle Safari, Captain Hook's Adventure courses, Nascar SpeedPark, Brookgreen Gardens, and Championship Golf. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The pool working hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
