This home caters for both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. From the fully equipped kitchen to the beautifully furnished rooms, everything here has been designed with your comfort in mind. The charming kitchen is designed with luxury and functionality, featuring stainless-steel appliances like an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals in the breakfast nook or the formal dining area, and relax in the elegant living room with high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Free parking is available to guests in the garage. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Lewisville, Texas, is a dynamic suburban community in the thriving North Texas region. Located just minutes from DFW International Airport and straddling two major highways, Lewisville is your place to live, work, and play. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. Only registered guests are allowed over during your stay. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is operated on gas and should not be left unattended. A laptop computer is not included. Please bring your own pool towels if desired.
