A gas grill with tools and grate covers is available on the deck. For those bringing pets, a pet fee of $50 applies for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. Pets are expected to be kept off the furniture and in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when left alone. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request. A cleaning fee of $115 is charged for shorter stays and $200 for stays of 30 days or more. The City of Austin enforces a 10:30 PM noise curfew, and violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside using the provided ashtray, and butts should not be discarded on the ground.
