The "Kaleido House" is the largest unit in the area, featuring original art and colorful decor. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle big meals, with Whole Foods and Trader Joe's approximately 2 miles away and several smaller convenience stores just blocks away. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, while the second bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. Additional amenities include fresh organic local Ruta Maya coffee and tea fixings, a washer/dryer with detergent, bath and beach towels, and a Britta water filter in the refrigerator. A gas grill is available on the deck with tools and grate covers in the kitchen. There is a $115 cleaning fee for shorter stays and $200 for stays of 30 days or more. A pet fee of $50 is charged for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays, with the expectation that pets will be kept off the furniture and in a crate or behind a gate when left alone. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request. Situated just a few blocks from Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake, and the hike and bike trail, this property offers easy walking access to many of Austin’s famous restaurants and outdoor attractions. The Zilker/Barton Hills neighborhood is ideal for exploring all that Austin has to offer, including a refreshing dip in the 68-degree waters of Barton Springs after a hike through the Barton Creek Greenbelt or a stroll around Lady Bird Lake. The City of Austin enforces a 10:30 PM noise curfew, and a second complaint may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside using the provided ashtray. Check-in is contactless with a keyless deadbolt. The apartment is part of a duplex with a shared wall, so loud noise after 10:30 PM is discouraged to avoid disturbing neighbors.
