Absolutely no parties or events are allowed, and any violations will result in full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits, as well as the loss of 100% of the security deposit. Check-out is at 11 am and check-in is at 4 PM, with instructions provided an hour prior. No smoking is allowed, and deodorizing fees start at $500 if smoke is detected. Noise complaints will result in police involvement and loss of the security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked within specific temperature ranges. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation, and any excess will result in the loss of the security deposit. Guests are expected to leave the suite as found, with dishes cleaned and trash taken out. Wi-Fi is available but not guaranteed to work 100% of the time. Additional documentation or security deposits may be requested. Moving furniture is prohibited and will incur a $100 fee per piece if moved.
