The second floor offers two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with a shower and tub combo, and a loft area with lounge chairs for relaxation. The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Dynamic pricing is utilized, meaning booking rates may fluctuate daily. Paradise Estates is a private community that offers a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and rental properties. Located approximately 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park, the home is accessible by fully maintained roads year-round. While there is no public transit nearby, the property is easily accessible by car, with four-wheel drive recommended in winter. Tire chains are available for rent at local stores during the winter months. This is not a pet-friendly home, with a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and there is a $500 fine per violation. The use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during burn bans. A laptop computer is not included.
