There will be no electricity in the building on Sept 15, 2025, starting between 8–9 AM for up to 6–8 hours due to essential electrical panel replacement. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Grilling is prohibited with a penalty of $200. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Bicycles are not allowed. The condo offers upgraded internet with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs per unit, perfect for remote work from the beach.
