The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Alabama Theatre, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Ripley’s Aquarium are a short ride away. The Myrtle Beach Convention Center is 5 blocks away. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the approval before booking. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. A new pier is currently under construction near the property and is expected to continue through some time in 2026. While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. There will be no electricity in the building on Sept 15, 2025, starting between 8–9 AM for up to 6–8 hours due to essential electrical panel replacement. Some of the balconies on the ocean side will be under maintenance starting on November 3rd through November 26th. [SI]
